Unique Properties
While it has lower attack than average, the Ice element on the weapon adds a second, hidden Potency modifier. If the target is weak to Ice, it will gain an extra 15% Potency and attacks will contribute to inflicting an Elemental stun. Otherwise, it will gain an additional 10% Potency instead.
Stats and Potential
The weapon potential of the Primm Libra series is Soothing Unit, which which slowly regenerates HP over time. The first heal occurs after the weapon has been equipped for ten seconds, and will heal regularly every 10 seconds after the first heal.
If you swap to a weapon without the Soothing Unit potential, this timer resets.
