Unique Properties
While it has lower attack than average, the Fire element on the weapon adds a second, hidden Potency modifier. If the target is weak to Fire, it will gain an extra 15% Potency and attacks will contribute to inflicting an Elemental stun. Otherwise, it will gain an additional 10% Potency instead.
Stats and Potential
The weapon potential of the Flamel series is Valorous Unit, which deals bonus elemental damage while attacking, roughly every 25 to 30 seconds. If the target is weak to the weapon's element, then this bonus damage will be an even stronger hit and inflict a large amount of Elemental Down. Otherwise, it will be a normal hit.

Other Trivia
- The Flamel series was initially going to be Rarity 3, but it was raised to Rarity 4 before release to encourage using it as it was noticed that players ignored the Frostel and Glissen series due to their lower Rarity tier.
- The Global version of NGS Headline that showcased this weapon showed it as a Rarity 4, while the Japanese version showcased it as a Rarity 3.
- Despite being Rarity 4, this series has less attack than the Rarity 3 Valorous Unit weapons, and more attack than the Rarity 5 Valorous Unit weapons.
