Stats and Potential

The weapon potential of the Evolcoat series is Soulspring Unit, which sharply increases the rate you build Photon Blast while attacking.

While the bonus is higher than the bonus granted by Neos Astraean and Neos Justitean, the damage is lower.

This, combined with the limited use scope for needing to build Photon Blast that quickly, leads to Evolcoat being a very fringe pick. However, it sees limited use during the final phase of Halphia Lake Interception Part II to rebuild your Photon Blast before the DPS check ends, primarily in solo attempts where many players don't deal enough damage to break the final target in time, but will still attack it to build Photon Blast.

Evolcoat drops frequently from any Enhanced enemy.
