Unlike previous titles, all Weapons in PSO2:NGS are part of a Weapon series. This ensures that any Weapon series added in the future will contain all Weapons which are currently available.
Weapons within the same Weapon series can utilize the Multi-Weapon system and Fixa Enhancement system.
Some Weapons may have different Potentials within the same Weapon series such as [[Relik]], [[Xover]] and [[Rugged]], this allows you to utilize the Multi-Weapon system in order to use different Potentials within the same Weapon series.
===Sub-Series===
Weapons within a Weapon series may have a Sub-series attached to them, typically a Sub-series is purely cosmetic, as is the case with [[Tisah]] having 5 Sub-series which denotes their aesthetic. However the [[Rokz]] series is the exception to this, as it has 3 different Potentials which correlates to its 3 Sub-series.
Weapon series with a Sub-series typically have several Color Variants, one per Sub-series, which allows you to utilize the Multi-Weapon system to mix and match Color Variants.
