Unique Properties
While it has lower attack than average, the Wind element on the weapon adds a second, hidden Potency modifier. If the target is weak to Wind, it will gain an extra 15% Potency and attacks will contribute to inflicting an Elemental stun. Otherwise, it will gain an additional 10% Potency instead.
Stats and Potential
The weapon potential of the Tempesta series is Valorous Unit, which deals bonus elemental damage while attacking, roughly every 25 to 30 seconds. If the target is weak to the weapon's element, then this bonus damage will be an even stronger hit and inflict a large amount of Elemental Down. Otherwise, it will be a normal hit.
