If you only care about building your Photon Blast as quickly as possible and damage dealt is a secondary concern, the [[Evolcoat]] series offers an even higher Photon Blast build rate.

If the target is weak to Light, it will gain an extra 15% Potency and attacks will contribute to inflicting an Elemental stun. Otherwise, it will gain an additional 10% Potency instead.

Neos Justitean can form multi-weapons with the [[Neos Astraean]] series. If a multi-weapon is created this way, the Neos Astraean weapon will use Neos Astraean textures, but it will inherit the Light element and base attack of the Neos Justitean weapon. If the Neos Justitean used as the base was a Color Variant, then the Neos Astraean will use the Neos Justitean's Color Variant effects instead of its own.

This series can be used to enhance Preset Skills on Neos Astraean weapons.
