The weapon potential of the Kouklophis series is Instant Death Unit, which offers a minor damage resist bonus, but powers up further against DOLLS-type enemies, granting an additional Potency bonus and another damage resist bonus.
Against DOLLS, the weapon effectively has 38.86% Potency and grants 9.75% damage resist.
The secondary effect does not work against other enemy types, and against a non-DOLLS enemy it will only grant the initial Potency and 5% damage resist.
Due to the high cost of making a weapon from this series in Infernium combined with its relatively small use case, it isn't recommended to invest in one.
