* In most cases, you do not need to chain all the way to 150. ChainingBuilding chain past 100 is DPS neutral due to much smaller gains in damage per chain. Chaining to 120 or 150 does increase the PP restored to party members, but this means little in a solo or time sensitive environment.
* Gunner can utilize Subclasses other than Ranger, whilst Rifle does help increase damage, playing solely Twin Machine Guns is still a viable option, especially in multiplayer scenarios due to {{Skill|Long Range Advantage Gu}} so [[Fighter]], [[Bouncer]] and [[Slayer]].
* Despite being a Ranged Class, Gunner plays exclusively at close-range.
