General damage modifiers apply to all damage. Elemental damage modifiers are a second modifier that apply to elemental damage, such as Techniques, Jet Boots Element Set, Wand Photonic Fury, etc, and are used to determine if an elemental weapon such as [[Neos Justitean]] uses the secondary 10% or 15% Elemental modifier. Finally, if a General modifier is below 1.2x while Elemental is at least 1.2x, Crisp will activate.
