While you absolutely can pick up a Katana and weapon action your way through an encounter, you are not going to be dealing "broken" damage, and in many encounters you won't even land your entire counterattack at all. |

Strengths
- Ability to battle at any range with no range-related bonus mechanics makes Braver a jack-of-all-trades class
- Incredibly safe weapon action counters make Braver easy to play and succeed in any situation
- Has healing not related to consuming Restasigne
Weaknesses
- Has to max Hunter and Ranger Add-On Skills to deal maximum damage regardless of class skills
- While easy to play, its maximum damage output is lacking compared to other classes
- While it has a full toolkit for any situation, Photon Bow's damage is incredibly lacking outside of Brave Combat burst damage
